With Vistage you become part of a powerful community of high-caliber executives who share their perspectives to help you make better decisions that achieve better results. Once a month, you meet to work through challenges and opportunities with 12-16 high-caliber executives from non-competing organizations. These peers can help you vet solutions in ways your subordinates cannot.

In our group, you put down the burden of having to know all of the answers and can finally let your guard down. You can put any issue on the table for your peers to tackle with you. No topic is off-limits. If you are willing to talk candidly about the decisions you face, fellow members will rally around you, listen, ask tough questions, and bring to bear every resource they have to help you grow as a leader and improve your business.

As the group chair, I am part facilitator, part coach, and fully committed to the success of each member. I help stimulate thinking, frame issues, guide discussions, and keep the meetings focused and productive. Members meet with me individually for one-to-one executive coaching sessions, an opportunity to take a deeper dive into the issues you most wish to explore.
